All,

If you were trying to access the site in the last 2 hours, you may have noticed we were completely down.

We had a major outage, one that I'm not 100% certain I understand yet. I'm still investigating, but if the site goes down again, know that I'm working on it.

By the way, I was wondering, I had an auction going on, and it looks like it ended right after the site went down. What should I do about this? Should I just keep it the same, or what? Some people probably didn't get the chance to bid when they wanted to.

I'd recommend just extending the auction a day or hour, or whatever time increment you want.
