Jeff, there will never be an end to the madness I know your original post was from 2012, but I don't think that this one item will bring you much closer to "the end", hehe.

I used to have one of these as a child. Unfortunately, the packaging was torn open and is long gone (if only I knew as a kid how bad that thing would suck), and the handheld is also long gone, I think.

If you want to complete your Mega Man collection, you might consider adding another item to your list, the ultra-rare Mega Man 2 wristwatch game. Somebody made a post about it at the handheld game museum forums. That's probably the only thing rarer than trying to get a complete Mega Man 2 LCD.

I know there really is no "end", but this is the last official US game I need complete. I have a loose MM2 LCD, but I'd just like to have it in the blister pack. I tried to buy one on here about a year ago, but the seller never contacted me back

I tried to win that eBay auction but it seems some handheld collector wanted it more (wasn't going to pay over 200 dollars for some scratched up 20 year old plastic watch). They seem to think its some sort of prototype? I'm not sure about that, but I cannot find ANY information from Tiger confirming it ever got an official release. if it is a prototype, I don't feel bad about not having it

Yeah, I was trying to find out, too, if it was a prototype or actual release. But there's just somehow no solid information on it anywhere except for the guy who bought it, and he's not sure, either. If it really is a prototype, it's more weight off my shoulders.

Anyway, good luck with your last item search.
