It's hard to believe this is the last week of the regular season! I haven't had hardly any time to even check in the last few weeks, but hopefully I can drop in more often come tournament time.

Score posted. Got my 1CC like I wanted, and I'm quite happy with this score.

I played for 10 minutes. Made it to stage 3. That's all I got. Good luck in the tourney ninji  

I don't know how you guys can get so far without succumbing to all the cheap deaths that this game has to offer.

Try to punch a Trog and he eats me anyway.

Accidentally walk off the edge of the screen.

Getting flattened by jumping Trog.

Stage hazard suddenly appearing right in front of me with zero time to react.

Cheap deaths from using the teleports.

Etc., etc.

I also love when fire blocks where I need to go and takes forever to extinguish. That's always fun.


 

Dammit. I will have to post my lower score tonight already. Bah.  
 

I died three times in my 1CC run.  Two were from the jumping Trogs, and the third was from a Trog that followed me into the jump pad and I got eaten as soon as I landed.

I try never to punch Trogs head on.  I can usually get away with it when I have to, but I much prefer punching them from the side.
 

The best part of posting a better score is that it forces your hand.     I don't think I could beat your score unless I sniped and practiced way too much.
 

I have been holding on a lower score since the day after I posted that one.  
I was going to hold it till Sunday night, but I will post it tonight instead.

You might get the surprise upset if they happen to be games that you're quite good at, like last year with Richard.

I was happy just to make it to the finals. Adventure Island is hard.
