Your best bet would be to get an NTSC reproduction of it, for $45. The European version, AFAIK, is an incredibly rare and pricey game.

What you looking to pay? I'm getting this cart in a big lot in a few months and I have no use for it if its not cib. Also...don't know if your willing to wait that long.
