Update:

Update:

The Tom and Jerry is a unreleased super nintendo game NTSC: Tom VS Jerry The Chase is on!

Pretty fun game see the youtube video:

The game "F" is The Flintstones PAL version.

The game Separation Anxiety is working and is NTSC! But still some scramble in the screen but it is playble so still need to work this out

So i have these ROM's

Tom v Jerry
Separation Anxiety
F

Cant get them to work, what am i doing wrong?

1. I do have the extra memory chip on it
2. Can i see if its pal or ntsc by the chips only?
3. Could the be for the Mega Drive/ Genesis ?
4. I have a extra NTSC removeable lock out chip (from a other NTSC proto)
5. How can i see if the dip switch settings are right ?
What can i try ?

Tom Jerry

Separation Anxiety

1. That's the SRAM (save data chip that stores your progress in the game, which the battery keeps powered) located to the left of the dipswitches.
2. On SNES it's determined by the lockout chip on the PCB (picture is too small to read the text printed on the chips)
3a. Tom and Jerry is probably for Genesis. The SNES version is only 4 megabit (4x 1 megabit chips would be very unusual for a SNES game)
3b. Separation Anxiety matches the profile of the SNES version assuming 4 megabit chips (24 megabit total) But the Genesis version could be 24 megabit too, didn't check it.
4 and 5. Picture is too small to read the numbers printed on the chips.

I'll send you a PM.

All those chips are 4 megabit. Those Tom and Jerry chips are 16 megabit total, while the SNES game was only 4 megabit. Maybe it's another proto like the ones on Evan's site SNESCentral?

Was the "F" game on that PCB originally?

The chip marked D413A is the PAL lockout.

How full of a game is Tom and Jerry? When you got to the second level before the video ended I couldn't help thinking it just keeps repeating the first level.

Nice score

new video is up, until level 5

It seems that the 5th level is looping after you finish it. On snescentral.com is a picture of the game (tom & jerry 2) that is showing the dog in the game. So maybe i am doing something wrong or this version just dasn't have it.

any tips?

Were you able to get Jerry stuck in the glue? Maybe that has something to do with it?

I'm sure you're missing some sort of clue or exit. Then again, it may very well just loop. I'm hoping you're able to stumble upon something.
