I have been wanting to start doing ExHiROM games for a while.  Because I do not program my TSOP chips on the DIP board I wanted a way to test them before wiring them into the donor board in case I needed to go over any of the legs again so I final got the parts that I need.  I used a SFC Tales of Phantasia board 2 ZIF sockets and had to move the MAD-1 chip.  Here is the end result.

Have you tested savegames in CT and DQ3?

This board is just to test that the chips were programmed correctly, to save with DQ3 or CTCE I would need to use a standard HiROM board and add a 139 decoder. Once I have them wired up in their own cases I will post some more pics showing how everything is wired.
