Kawasaki superbike has eluded me for years, that game has to be more uncommon than people realize or I'm insanely unlucky.

It's kinda funny Brock, you and I are about even on our snes collection numbers and our trajectory of acquiring them. I'd be curious to know which titles we're both missing/competing for!

I don't, but I don't generally buy games with label damage (OCD city).  Thanks for the offer though

This was one i recently picked up because i saw how uncommon it was too. I was waiting for weeks for one to pop up on ebay and grabbed it as soon as it did. Well two of them actually one had a worn label and then a few days later a cheap stock photo one came up so i got that one to hoping for a good label and thankfully it was in nice shape

Updated the OP with the remaining games.  It will be fun to cross them out one by one

Of course I haven't bought a game in weeks, but with eBay Bucks coming here in a July I'll probably grab 1 or 2

Might use Amazon points this week to grab another, which would be fun

Well last time you asked me what the next big thing was. And I said with a raise or bonus I'd get Metal Warriors. Well I DID get a bonus, but changed my mind and got 100 of these bad boys instead:

Now if I get a Christmas bonus, which I'd say is 50/50, I'd probably target MW or Syndicate, depending on the amount. Besides that I've really just been targeting sports titles I can get for a few bucks each.

Ok cool! I decided to go the UGC route ... are you going to get artwork for the cases? If so, are you printing them yourself or having them printed elsewhere?

Different answers depending on the person and their collection.  I consider there to be 722.  Others that include the MACS, Noah 3d, comp carts and so on bump that number up some.

 

Unsure at this point.

New Year update. 

Finally knocked out Metal Warriors thanks to a Christmas bonus.  And got Rise of the Phoenix, WildCats, and RotTKIV because they were nice copies and they're a bitch to track down.

Got a large lot of $1 sports titles found in Idaho, as well as cheap Doomsday Warrior and M&HPJ ($5 each I believe)

Foochie hooked me up with NBA Give n Go, unsolicited.  That was pretty sweet and I owe him one.

California Games II was a Billings score for I think $2

Most of the rest were from JJGames Buy 3 Get $3 off.  That is the best way I've found to get cheap games for really cheap.

Crazy amount of snes games! Way to go man! I assume you are going for a full set? You gonna try and bang it out this year?

Not a chance.  Most of the ground I made this year were sports and racing titles.  I could finish banging those and other cheap games out at a decent clip but once those run out I'm looking at a slow grind for the last 50 or so titles.  Aerofighers, and the combo cart and the competition carts will probably never be justifiable.  And I'm not in a rush to get Sink or Swim or Super Copa.

If I get another Christmas bonus I'd have to make a tough decision between Pocky & Rocky 2 or a PS4, but other than that heavy hitters are probably out for awhile  



 

Yeah, i havnt been able to justify Aerofighters either when better Sonic Wings games are cheaper on other systems! I do still want Pocky and Rocky 2 though! Thats up there on my list. That and Metal Warriors i could see myself droppin the cash for. Dont think i'd ever pick up Hagane or even EVO though.

Just curious how you get to the 723 total? You aren't counting Super Noah's Ark and the MACS carts I take it?  But you are counting MBR and the 2 competition carts it looks like.

The total on my list shows 726.
