Finally made an account after years of friends Always referencing NA.

Introducing myself; Retro video game collector for a few years, on YouTube as "thriftdweller" with my friends. I started and hosted our city's largest retro video have conventions a few years ago but have now just been focusing on family and work.

Thanks for having me, aside from contributing to this community,, there were two main questions I hope to have answered in the next few days.

1) Is WATA currently functioning? I tried to email and dm their Facebook, I just notice their posts are "not current" and they haven't responded to by messages.

2) I have a couple games I bought new but their seals I think some would call fake. I'd love to follow up this on a discussion thread.

Hey, welcome! I believe the stock answer right now regarding WATA is that they are very very busy. Too busy to handle anything quickly right now by the sounds of it. They've found very high success it seems in a very short amount of time and this will take a toll on such a small team.

Hi Nate, no personal experience here but from what others have posted you may wait to send WATA games at present unless you have real incentive to sell. They seem to have been missing the SLAs at all levels and the communication has been non existent.

Welcome! I don't know much about WATA since grading and selling are not interesting to me, but there is a ton of info on these forums about sealed games and the like. If you can't find something specific, just reach out. I've actually had a couple reseals that appeared to be 100% complete once I opened them, so you'd be surprised.
