Wow, this is tough...I should have started earlier in the week

How do you power up weapons beyond 2 levels? I don't notice a difference after that.

Ricochet are really killing me. I tried an tried to play with ricochet, and could not get any farther than the second level. I started a game on expert without ricochet and I actually kicked way more ass. That Ricochet thing was maybe a bit abusive, but since Nesophile punched a million points score, I guess it's playable somehow.

It's playable....just tough lol. If you have a weapon preferance, bump that one up on the between game scenes (with the little anime chick).
Also if u wind up dying at any point before nice score territory.....just hit reset. You have to pretty much rack up ur score with 1 man.

M'kay not much action on the battlefield here. How close is my competition on this...i dont know wether to try to up this anymore or not. 0_o

Here is my final attempt, gotta get one in at the last minute!  It was fun and very enjoyable, though very difficult.  I really want to get this game on cartridge now.  This took a heck of a lot of practice, but here it is:

the end of level 5. The "Bank Teller" handed my butt to me on a silver platter. I defintely broke a sweat on this one.

Wow Sun Baked, insane score!

Wow, some of you guys are really good. I gave it 8 more attempts this morning, just for the hell of it, never even got to the first stage boss,  could never keep my power up, always got hit, as was every single game I played I could never make it to the mid-stage boss with any kind of firepower. No matter which weapon I chose to stay with, totally blew it, none of them seem strong enough to handle some of those enemies and damn bombs are worthless as something always got through and hit me. This difficulty was way out of my skill level, no amount of practice would help, its total chaos.

^^^ Yeah, ricochet was definitely brutal. I'm impressed at the shooter-skill of the top 3!

the best thing about it is the chaos of the ricochet! It reminded me a bit of playing Mig 29: Soviet Fighter in the later 2 levels, where there's tons of enemy fire that is difficult to dodge. I actually avoided killing some enemies or hitting power up areas so I wouldn't get a ricochet bullet heading my way. Still tons of fun on that mode!
