Are they for sale anywhere else or are they only available at Le Louvre?

it's possible you can use this game (English, French and Spanish only) with 3DS US, AU and EU. Don't work with Japanese console :/

To my knowledge the physical copy is only at Louvre.  That kiosk is very cool, 1038.

It has been on the eShop for sometime though, if you want to just check it out (or, if you want to leave your physical copies sealed).
