I gotta give a shoutout to the love of my life and fiance Paula, who I presume has zero knowledge of what transpired in this thread. I hope to keep it that way, because I'd have a helluva lot of explaining to do if she ever reads this...

Okay here's the full Monty: I'll admit I felt sorry for "Amanda" at first, being a total sucker I fell for "her" story. At one point I was tempted to send "her" a symapthy gift (Xmas 2013 cart with customized greeting) to make up for "her loss", but "she" never replied to my PM asking for "her" address. Honestly I'm glad "she" didn't reply with an addy because had I shipped one direct from RetroUSB, that would have been one helluva "trophy" for whomever was doing the trolling. I don't know what would be embarrassing, the fact that I potentially would have lost $51 + s/h to an internet troll, or the fact that somewhere out there would have been an Xmas cart with my screenname and the name of some "woman" named "Amanda" who never really existed. And why the heck am I posting this publicly on the internetz?!
