I think this is the first NES tune that i really finished so dont judge me too hard hehe  Just made it, took about 1 hour. For some reason it didnt work to write in any info on the tune (title of the time, creator and copyright), so it just says 1/1/1. The title of the song is Listen to your Heart and is originally made by Roxette. You can play the tune in FCEu (NES emulator) or use GNSF (.nsf player) or something to play the tune. Anyway, enjoy

I had to zip it so its easier to download it, since tripod.com doesnt support .nsf files as default download.

Try to right click on the link and choose "save target as". If that doesnt work i hope someone can rehost it somehwere. I know some other people who cant download from Tripod, dont know why its like this.

EDIT: I uploaded it to Megaupload, hope this works: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=87Y1CIEO

That worked! Good job, it's pretty catchy? What program did you use to make it?

Thanks Ye, it can be quite catchy. Its originally made by Roxette in 1988, then released later on by DHT in 2005 (i think this was the first time i heard it). Seems there is a spanish remake of the song too

I used FamiTracker 0.27 to make it.

Famitracker's nice.  I've spoken to the author to get some info on using music efficiently in my game.  He actually said mine was the first homebrew he's heard of that is using Famitracker music.

I hope a new version comes out soon.

FamiTracker is indeed nice It seems that verion 0.27 have fixed some DPCM issues as well. I've tried FamiTracker since 0.24 and back then i had some problems when making the .nsf file. The DPCM instruments were sometimes "destroyed" then, no idea why.

With 0.27 i just loaded an old tune i made in FamiTracker 0.25 or maybe 0.26 so i could get the same DPCM samples. Making the .nsf file now seems to work like a charm
