I'm still trying to hit that 166,500 "perfect score" from your high score chart. I've come close, but the strong Ropers on the disappearing platform section of the trap room almost always hit themselves with dynamite due to the lack of space before I can take them out. So far, the closest I've come is 163,180 and if I hadn't hit six jump kicks in that run due to mistiming on the cyclone kicks, I would've finished with an even 166,000 and just 500 points short.

Given the precarious nature of those Ropers, I'm wondering if it is even possible to hit the theoretical max, since even with a tool-assisted run you'd be at the mercy of how they use the dynamite.
(unless there is a consistent way to manipulate when they throw it)

They can be baited to a degree, but the trap room platform doesn't give you much room to work with. If it wasn't for me missing my timing on those six jump kicks, I would've had 166k. I can pretty much break 160k at will, so one of these days I'll get it.
