Ok, it's that time of year again -- we start to see the insanely-rare games up for auction. Last year, BuyAtari wanted to remind us all that he still owns one, starting the bidding at a penny shy of 20K, and this year the seller udisi has his up for auction:

NWC 1990 Gold

Do you think it will sell for that price? I personally think it might, eventhough I feel it's beyond insane!

BTW, welcome to the forums udisi -- I noticed you signed up recently. Also, that was me that sent you the trade offer for the CIB/Sealed games

Ooooh... Shiny!

Wouldn't you just crap your pants finding this in the wild?

I think sexy is a better word Battymo!! I would trade my pinky finger for that baby right now I think he will prob get offers of around 12k. Adam had one 15k offer and 2 12k offers iirc, and turned them all down. The difference is Adam didn't really want to sale his and I think udisi does wnat to sale his. It was listed once before and didn't sale several months ago. I just wish I had 10-12k setting around that I don't need

Maybe we should all pool our money together and buy it. It can stay at my house on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Dain can have it on Mondays and Saturdays, and NGD can have it on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Sounds like a plan to me!

yup I did recently register, was lurking here a bit.

buyatari's offers were the ones that spured me to try back in the summer.

I personally got 4 offers of 10 k or more back then, and turned down a straight 12.5k deal. also had a pay over time deal for 17.5k but I was/am looking for a straight up deal.

hoping for 13k, would pass kizuna encounter for the most expensive game.

we'll see, I may try a couple more times this winter to sell it if it doesn't sell this time. If it doesn't sell this winter, I have no further plans to post it.

no, I did not win it, I bought it a little over 4 years ago from another collecter. This is one of the 6 carts that Jason Wilson aquired from the original winners. If you don't know Jason Wilson had the great idea in the late 90's to go through the list of winners and contact them. He bought all the ones he could.
