Some back up discs from a loooong time ago. Takes for ever to go trough this kind of stuff. Big change i misted a lot of it still and i working on a MAC so i cant open up everything

But the first i want to show and incl some Q's is the Dave Taylo disc. The right bottum one

If you load it up to your com it says DaveT that would be Dave Taylo, as there is a source code of Doom and Quake on this disc.

Dave "ddt" Taylor also did Abuse on the PC, an under-appreciated action game that I like a whole lot. This is a great find.

Bubsy 3 would be an early demo of what become Bubsy 3D I'm thinking. Since all the other stuff has been Saturn, I wonder if it's a Saturn version?

Unreleased Bubsy 3 for Genesis? Interesting. I see a Bubsy.C file, and that graphic refers to a demo, so there must be something of substance there. Probably a 32bit version though, since the demo graphic is 3D.

found some documents people talking about making something for Sony and the SNES. Need to find it back, it really crazy amount of data.

btw any would be interested in Dev. Programes Dev kids incl set up document for pretty much all consoles. Would be cool if some one still can use these.

How soon are you getting off of that mac and onto a computer where you can really mess with what you've got here?

Buddy of mine is doing this. he is checking out looots of stuff already. and already did loots of it. i know sux to have a mac, did already thinking about stop using apple at all. And digging again stack of archive cd's first one is already packed with GB GBA GBC tech demo's source code art sound etc etc

It is realy getting to much, maybe need some extra help. realy stacks and stacks of these kind of discs and so many not even tested

Let's start by explaining I joined NA just because of this thread. Why ?

I'm the guy behing SpritesMind.net, the home of every Sega Genesis/Megadrive homebrew developer
so i'll be more than happy to host and share any dev info related to the Sega 16bit

I think I could also help to analyze and build any source code you could provide, based on all the SDKs we already use (and if not myself, one of SpritesMind member)

And, at last, I spent these 15 last years looking for an Akira proto for Megadrive.
I contacted some of the (un)known people involved on one of the versions with more or less success.
I found the official staff report about the cancelation of the game but, thanks to another info-hunter, we all thought no proto was made.
And today, among other great things, you're posthing there is a chance you own a part of my holy graal
I'll spend any time and make any effort needed to make it available to everyone so be free to PM me (and please do, else my nerves will break)
