Found some more nes games this week while off from work. I'll just include the names of games I needed for my collection. It'll be a nice way for me to keep track of where they came from.

Flea Market 12/23- 5 Games including Pinball, Bases Loaded 2, Dirty Harry,GOAL)-$10

CL 12/29-4 Games (Astayanex, Hunt for Red October, Smash TV, Wrath of the Black Manta)$10

CL 12/29-RC Pro AM II- $15 (most I've paid for a game but the seller wasn't going to split up the lot so I had to make it worth her while)

Flea Market (12/30)-17 games for $30 (Robo Warrior, Last Starfighter, Flying warrior, Karate Champ, Mike Tyson Punchout, Nightmare on Elm Street, Ninja Gaiden II, Xexyz)

Then last night on CL (12/30) 30 more games including (8 eyes,Bugs Bunny Crazy Castle, Battle Chess, Ultimate Basketball, Crash n Boys, Championship Bowling, Legend of Kage, Hoops, DDragon 2, Renegade, Gretzky Hockey)-$20

This week puts me over 250 carts (256 to be exact). I imagine things will slow down now that I need to return to work.

CL 1/2-NES CIB, NES Advantage CIB, 15 games CIB all looking like they were just opened (Zelda 1 and 2, Metroid, Castevania III, Top Gun 1 and 2, SMB 2, Rad Racer, Urban Champion, Crystalis, Jack nicklaus Golf, Captain Skyhawk, Wheel of Fortune, TMNT 2, NES cleaning Kit) plus 6 loose 2 SMB/DH, KID ICARUS, PINBALL, HOGANS ALLEY, ICE HOCKEY. all for $75

I've had a couple of scores lately, but not enough to really write about until today. Picked up 24 games for $25 (20 of which have their box and manuals). The 4 others are loose with their manuals. In the boxed lot-Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Hogans Alley, TMNT, Top Gun, Pinball, Section Z, Big Nose the caveman, Wheel of Fortune, Legend of Kage, Othello, Star Voyager, City Connection, Spy vs Spy, Gotcha, RC Pro Am, Mappyland, Rambo, wheel of fortune Jr., Ghostbusters, Rambo, Excitebike and then 4 loose ones (Bart vs World, Bartman meets radioactive man, wheel of fortune 25th anniversary, bases loaded). Only problem...had my sister pick them up out of state and now have to wait until she sends them to me. Ugh, I hate waiting.

Picked up a NES Power Pad system MIB, Nes Advantage CIB, a loose nes system, 8 boxed games (best one is Kid Icarus) plus 20 loose games and a few other items for $75.

Also bought Popeye with instructions manual, DK Jr. Math with instruction manual and a Monster Party with instruction manual for $17 from another seller.

I am determined to put together a loose and CIB collection (yes 2 sets) using Flea markets, yard sales and CL only.  NO EBAY!

I've been updating my old thread but decided to start a new one for finds moving forward. I picked up 2 lots today. You can view them by clicking on the link. It's everything on the table. The first lot was 2 nes systems, 40 games, 3 boxed and a load of manuals. The 2nd lot was 5 games and a power pad in the box. I have to start selling some of my commons. I'm approaching 300 unique loose games and 125 boxed games. I'm collecting 2 sets, but I still have extras.

Good find, but your 12/4/10 find was bad to the bone. How much was all of that? I am assuming that was one collector you purchased from.

That was the find that really got me going and made me decide to start posting.  I paid $100 for all of that at a yard sale.  A mother had 2 kids in their 20s and I bought it all before they were even awake.  She was pulling box after box out and I decided to take it all.  She wanted $200 but we landed at $100.  Keep in mind I knew very, very little about SNES and N64 games at the time so I was stoked when I learned about everything that was in that collection.

Yeah, that's nuts. Harvest Moon will almost pay for all of that.

Yesterday marked the culmination of over 1 month of emails, text messages, phone calls to a potential seller. This guy sent me an email with a list of games over a month ago and since then he has been nearly impossible to pin down. I practically stalked him trying to get this guy to call me back or email me or meet with me. You may ask why I was so obsessed? Here's the list of games that he advertised.

N64 (Majoras Mask, Ocarina of Time, SW Rogue Squadron, Tony Hawk, SW Racer Ep 1, Army Mens sarges heroes, perfect dark, cruisin USA,Battle tank-global assault, star fox, forsaken, gretzky3D, pilotwings, duke nukem, jet force gemini, wave racer)

SNES (Super Mario World, Lion King, Super scope 6, Madden 94, elite soccer, axelay, top gear, troy aikman football, battle clash, zelda-link to the past, roger clemens MVP baseball, super star wars, super metroid, NHL 94 and Super Mario Kart)

NES (SMB/DH, SMB 2, Zelda 1 and 2, TMNT 1 and2, silkworm, operation wolf, 1942, batman, contra and Duck Tales 1 and Duck Tales 2)

Obviously I was most interested in DT2. I had my sister pick this stuff up and when she called me to let me know she had it, she commented, you've got a lot of stuff here and that's when she told me about the boxes.

I basically got boxes and manuals for all of the N64 and SNES games. I also got some games he didn't list (SNES-Mech Warrior with box, Streetfighter II) N64 (Turok 2 with box, duke nukem with box, SW shadows of empire box, extreme G with box, super mario 64 box, Diddy Kong instructions and game, 007 instructions) and more. Unfortunately, none of the NES games came with boxes or manuals that I am aware of. So all in all, I landed about

And I'm sure some more stuff. Unfortunately, my sister lives an 1 hour 45 minutes away, so I probably won't get the stuff until next week to sort it all out and post some pics. However, I am very stoked to have finally closed this deal. Oh, and the best part...all of this for $100.

Well I'd have to say for $100 you made a killing. Hell that Duck Tales 2 alone is worth a large chunk of that pay out.
