In the interest of answering this question for you and any others that don't know much about Vectrex stuff, they actually hold a solid value. The controllers themselves range from $40-60+ depending on condition and time of year. The average eBay working Vectrex console with 1 controller and no games is around $250.

No controller was included and shipping was around $25.
It is a unique system and has screen overlays for various games in its library.
