I am having trouble splitting a boy and his blob. When I use the splitter bundled with the copy nes it says that the file is too small. Is it a bad rom? I tried downloading it from a couple of websites and got the same results. Any help would be apriciated.

I did now. Thanks for the recomendation. It was not able to split the file, but it give me more information about what was wrong. It turns out that the file had too big of a header.

How would you know what to edit. I know it is at the beginning, but where does it end? 

Knowing it was the rom for sure, I was able to find another rom that would work. Fifth time was the charm. I wonder if the oversized header was due to putting the whole title in.
