For those of you who are planning on attending the expo here in Knoxville...how many of you plan to spend the night here in town?  I need to make arrangements with our partnered hotal at roughly how many rooms we are going to need.  The deal we have on rooms is for $61 dollars per night as the Clarion Inn, which is less than half a mile from the I-75 Expo Center.  Please post and LMK roughly what to expect.  If very few people post then I assume that most people will be heading back home after the event.  BUT keep in mind that we will most likely be planning some sort of NA after party at a local eatery/bar so if you would like to potentially attend that I recommend that you stay at least one night so you can stumble back to your hotel room

I think I'll be staying the night, but I doubt I'll be using the hotel.

My family and I will be staying, so we'll need a room.

I know I won't be staying in Knoxville, I'm driving back home after the expo is over...

I am planning on heading up that Friday so I will need one for Friday and Saturday.  I have my time off work approved so this will be my first video game expo.

I should have about 3 other people with myself, and we plan to come up friday so we will be staying 2 nights.  I'm guessing there are two beds in each room so we will need 2 rooms.

Glad you said something Penguin, that's something I've been meaning to double-check. Do the $61 rooms have two beds?

You guys are so greedy. Back when I was young we'd walk to school uphill both ways through hail storms and then go home and be happy if there was a pillow on the floor for me and my eighteen brothers.

Haha I remember those days! Except I had to walk home durring a cat. 1 hurricane, wind about blew me into some people's yards. Oh and Jason if you can find out if the $61 is for the room with 2 people, because I know some hotels charge by the # of people staying in the rooms to, if so I guess we can just say one person is staying in the room if that is the case.

I just got off a call with the motel rep. We will update the site with all the info shortly for booking and what not. You will have your choice of rooms, either a King or 2 doubles for the $61 price. They also have a free breakfast and the pool will be open as well. You will need a code to confirm the room rate which I should be getting by Friday when I go sign the papers.
