Saw that one yesterday. It looks like it's been tampered with. Check out the edges of the label -- moisture damage.

definately a shitty camera. would have been cool if nintendo would have made blue casing like that.

Most likely it is a blue permanent marker. A while back I got a lot that had 3 games with black casing, looked very convincing too, but when I got around to dumping them and opened them up, I could tell it was not actually black plastic.

Its a gray cart, only a shitty camera.

Q: the cartridge appears to be blue...is it really that color and do you know why?

Damn. I'm surprised a camera can distort a picture so badly. I wouldn't have expected that the be the cause.

What the hell... yeah I would not have expected it to be the camera either. I viewed the sellers other items, all of them look normal... why would just this one come out like that?

Yeah, that's crazy. That camera is MESSED up to turn it that color. Perhaps it has something to do with the yellow backrground or something. Crazy.
