$5 each on the SNES games. Keeping Pocky and Rocky, FF3. 
Street Fighter II Rock Em Sock Em was $20. Smash bros came with an N64 console bundle for $25.

Because it didn't sell too well, came out near the end of the N64, and is the biggest cult classic on that system, plus it's pretty much a one of a kind game. And there's always demand for it.

what bugs me is that even if the demand is here, there's always 30+ available at any time on ebay. normally it should drive the price but no. THAT puzzle me alot

Well look at Earthbound, there's like 15+ at any given time, the price still increases. It's what someone will pay for it. I've had Conkers since I was a kid, as did three of my friends. So I've been around it all my life and considered it as common as Zelda.
