I purchased a supposed Factory Sealed Liberty or Death (Genesis) from him and when I received it the shrinkwrap was an obvious reseal job, and it was torn.

Since it was already so damaged I opened it to find that the instructions were incredibly beat up, the Poster it comes with was bent in half and on the corner, and the label of the game also had some wear.

I contacted him and he just ignored my emails. Very shady person to do business with.
