You don't HAVE to accept PayPal on eBay, but it's much better to. Most people won't bid very high on items from people that don't accept PayPal. Really anywhere you sell, you're not going to get top dollar without accepting PayPal unless you send first.

People sell stuff here all the time in our Buy/Sell/Trade board. If you don't mind sending first, you'll be able to get a good amount from members here.

If you dont want to sell on ebay, Im sure there might be a few people on here interested, barring you put some pics up so that we can see the quality of the sealed item

Dickery around here with transactions I would say is nowhere nearly as bad as ebay, were a pretty close community, especially if you get one of the well known/respected people here to buy it

Im sure once the time gets alittle later in the day, more people will give you a a true idea of how much your game is worth. But like I said you will have to upload pics so that we can make correct judgements on the price and you might even have some people who are interested.

Im sure once pics are seen some people will inquire about purchasing it

If you want an alternative, you can always try http://www.chasethechuckwagon.com... or http://www.gamegavel.com/... and give people here the link so they can bid

welcome to the forums. That is a really nice looking copy of TLOZ you have there.

It might be best to look around, get to know people, and what not.. to build a little trust.
As Matt said we are indeed a rather close-Knit community.

what is your ebay id? and, just to let you know, it may be hard to find a buyer for this anytime soon unless you were willing to send first. for a high dollar item like this, you need to build up a lot of trust before someone will be willing to send a shotload of money to ya! with all that said, welcome to NA!

i understand that but i would never send with out payment so i guess unless i can meet with buyer then i will hang on to it for now .ive been looking for safe way to compleat a deal on my high end items.the fact what makes this game and other such games worth it is the fact they are factory sealed.i had sold a game in the past and the buyer tryed to switch and send back  an open game he had .it took along time to get worked out with paypal and i was found to be right .but its not worth the hassle to deal threw paypal.now on my lower end games i have no prob. with taking paypal

Well, where exactly are you from. It dosent say on your profile.

And I would say that yah, a local meeting is about the only way you will sell this one around here, I would think at least. There are multiple members here that i would send items that cost more than the Sealed zelda and never once flinch about it. This is without a doubt the most honest forum i have been a part of.

Still.. some feedback would help.. i.e. your ebay, DP, or something of that nature.

Maybe some other forums where you have feedback would also help.

well to be honest, the fact that you spell the majority of words you type incorrectly (including the title of your thread) and the fact that your use of punctuation is hideous do not scream "SEND ME MONEY FOR THIS RARE GAME." combine that with the fact that you do not list where you are from in your profile, and in my personal opinion, i honestly couldn't deal with you without receiving the item in-hand first. i would probably send aaron $1.50 to clean a game before i made this deal. please dont take this the wrong way, cuz i dont know you or anything like that. it could turn out that you are totally legit, but from my perspective, i couldnt deal with you.

Kiflex i'm afraid we are all "that type of people" here, cautious to send half a grand to someone we don't know. I think you will have a very hard time on all forums.

Now... if NGD wants it, maybe that is an option (he is in Knoxville i believe) otherwise eh..

Why dont you just show up at the Expo coming up with your games and I'm sure someone will buy them. It'll be a nice gaming environment.

I have a feeling dude was really a scam, and i hate to pass judgment. He sent me some random ebay ID and tried to sell it to me
through PM, and got rather mad when I said I would still need to have it shipped first. Ohs well.

well if you live in knoxville, shit, just bring it to age expo (this site is having a classic games expo in knoxville on sept 6) and you can meet a lot of the folks here and maybe find a buyer

-------------------------

WTB Cdn sealed black boxes, sealed Cdn first party titles.    I.e. the "mattel" Cdn boxes with both french and english.   Mainly black boxes, zelda, link, and tyson, but let me know what you have.    I am interested in anything I don't already have!
