If a game comes with a download code for extra content (another game) can you delete the downloaded game in order to use that same download code on another console? 

For instance Reselling megaman x legacy collection 1+2.
i have used the download code that came with the game in order to play “collection 2” which is digital only. If I delete the game from my switch will the code work again on another switch?

I don't know for sure, but I'd be absolutely shocked if that worked. People who make video games hate seeing them get sold from one consumer to another, because then 2 people get to play the game (though not at the same time) but they only got paid once. So Capcom is probably thinking "this is great! Original buyers get all the content, and aftermarket buyers don't, so it will encourage everyone to be an original buyer."

That makes a lot of sense. Your probably right.
