Good post and good searching. This definitely adds weight to what some members were saying about new/mint items being worth more unsigned (for whatever doubts there were to begin with).

I actually figured out who the 1156 feedback person is on eBay because the same person put in a bid on one of my recent NES junk lots. Pretty strange to bid on both NES junk and a sealed Shantae!

...or they were responding to the other market pressures. We also don't know how much the signed winner was ultimately willing to pay.

It's interesting, but it's VERY tough to conclude this when buyers now see the supply as being cut off versus when we thought there were five more signed copies in the pipeline. I'll be giving this thread a comb through on my next day off so I'll probably have a lot more to say soon.  

It definitely helps when you actually have a 'clue' about who won the signed one.

Dude got it for cheap to show on youtube. If they woulda gave me one for cheap I woulda also but it'd be dumb because I have a 10/10 shantae cib

Yeah from what I gathered from the part of the video I watched opening it was a condition of the sale and he got it for cheap as a result. In other words he didn't open it because he wanted to, he opened it because he was required to

I know this is sour grapes on my end. And it's all directed towards you tubers because they talk nonsense but have this little soapbox and because they talk into a camera they get this special treatment and he doesn't care about shantae or that it was signed by devs(something I was dying to have) he just str made a deal to get shantae a little hype so he can get more views. 

I don't get why people care about egocentric youtubers to spill English drool all for views. It's just nonsense filled with opinion. 

Sorry i keep beating a dead horse but seeing this same action taken with the foxdata and them giving out a free 1,800 limited n64 chrome set.
