In an attempt to boost morale, I decided to start a video game club at my work.
I love playing and collecting retro video games, so I decided that this would be the perfect event to try at my work. I was really worried that no one would be interested, but it really caught on right away! It has now become an event that we do every 2 weeks or so. I've received many compliments from my coworkers for doing something that breaks up the boring routine in our workplace. People now have something to look forward to.
I use original systems and games. No emulators.
We even have a custom-made "mystery box" full of donated prizes for the winner(s)!
Somtimes we have themed snacks.
I also make unique brackets for each event.
