I do have a good amount of what you are looking for, but have to check which doubles I have.

Never seen that NTR 001/005 cart on DS USA demo. Is that a working demo or programming cart? Very curious.

I don't really have much info on the NTR-001/065, some people told to me it was a prototype (It don't really looks like one for me). The cartridge have some program inside that you can use for "debuging" like testing color on your screen, the sound ect. ect.
So I think it's just like the yellow NES test cartridges, but for the DS. The cartridge is 3/4 month before the official release of the first NDS ^^.

I did some research into this some time ago when I came across one and made a thread with the info I could find almost 5 years ago:

These had to be made during the life of the DS as one I had is well into the time of the DS Lite (2008). The one I had is very similar to the 2004 version on YouTube where it cycles through a bunch of graphics, sounds and patterns - some from Mario Kart 64, Super Mario 64 and Donkey Kong. At some point it will prompt you to press all the buttons and then do a touch screen test.
