No, I always think I'll go back and play some of these games but I usually don't. I respect you for going through with battletoads I haven't touched it since and probably won't until the next time it's in the contest (next year) and I'll try to cram the rest of it lol
 

I think you mean underrated.  

I can see why you retired. You must have been exhausted after all those wins in 2015.

Between trying to keep up with Tom (rdrunner) in 2013 and that 2015 season, I felt pretty safe calling it a career. After a first place leader board finish and four genre icons last season, even I don't think I could top that and I was never known for a lack confidence.  

I wonder if any game is too hard for Tom. He doesn't seem to have a genre weakness.

I got the 2013 sports genre icon over him, but if that's his weakest genre, he definitely makes up for it in all of the rest.

Watching Tom totally own Burgertime is one of the most awe gaming feats I've witnessed.
 

Tom is like the Chuck Norris of NES. He doesn't beat NES games, they forfeit as soon as he picks up the controller. I beat him a handful of times in 2013 and ended up finishing a distant second to him in the tournament, but I was just proud that I could even give him some competition. If there's ever a NA Weekly Contest Hall of Fame, he would be the first inductee no question.

Idk. 14 wins is aight. You don't even have a great nickname like "the grinder". I'll pass 14 wins soon enough. 
We all know you got a huge crush on tom   looks like guillavoie is the real deal. 



 

2015 was pretty impressive, even though I was napping the second half  

I didn't have a nickname, but Shane used to compare me to Shawn Michaels so I guess that makes me the showstopper, the icon and the main event. Not to mention the original trash talker!

The only difference is that I probably have a better chance of getting in a HOF.   Poor Chad knew he was done when he couldn't even make the Dolphins. I was smart enough to retire after a championship.

And why was there no post season? I'll tell you why, you already know. I was asleep and the other 5 players that competed that season were sick or on vacation. 

Your best season, stat wise, was against a snoozing Kobra a vacationing cyborg and no more than 7 or 8 competitors each week. Smh. I though you had more dignity my friend

I'll come out of retirement when CM Punk does.  

I figured everyone was sleeping and on vacation because I locked up the leaderboard championship and four of the genre icons with two weeks to go.
