No more donations, each person is going to have to pay to attend, there will be a per person charge for singles, and a per couple charge for couples. 

People needing half or a whole table to use for selling their stuff will need to pay an additional fee.

Also, every will be asked to sign up for a job to do while there, like picking up trash in the mornings, filling coolers with water, etc.   More details at a later time.

No playing country music.  I live in Nashville and I hate country music, therefore no country music.  I get enough of that crap living in TN.

Leave nothing outside over night that will get damaged by moisture from DEW.  WARNING TO ALL about boxes manuals etc.

One last thing, everyone will need to sign liability waiver which will be provided upon arrival at the campout.  This will keep me from being liable for injury, harm, death, and any theft, loss of property.

It will be very tough to get those weekday dates off, but we shall see! Biggest meeting of the entire fiscal year is that day before. :/

I might be able to make it, I live in TN after all and I just got my first car. I dunno if I'll fit in very well with major NES guys but as long as there's beer!

It should be a little cooler in June as July and August are the hot hot months.  Hell you can never know about the temps in TN in the summer time. 

Hell last week if was in teh 80s and the weather was perfect, too bad the cooler weather didn't hit 2 weeks earlier.

I was wondering... what do you guys do at this camp-out? Do we play NES games only? I am a pro speedrunner of Ocarina of Time and Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire (both N64 titles) so I could speedrun them for entertainment. OoT beat in about 1h 15m, Shadows of the Empire in a 1h.
