eBay has a new coupond for $15 off seemingly any amount (Expires at 4/11/2017) - C15SHOPNOW

You can try applying the coupon at checkout or on the actual item's page, there should be a banner underneath where you BIN or bid that says something like "Pay only $X.XX" that lists the code as well. Some people report it working, others aren't having as much luck.

I received an email for this due to technical issues with their last flash sale. I didn't have any issues but was given that code. Buying a cib game boy game I've had my eye on.

I think this is it. I didn't even have to enter the code as it was listed as a voucher for $15 in my account where I can enter a code or use eBay bucks.

Didn't work (same error message). Guessing it is only for some people, or those that had error for another code. Will try tomorrow.
