Hello everyone,

I've seen a lot of talk around the net about game prototypes, but was wondering about the validity and value of a game genie prototype?

I've been collecting all things Nintendo for a while now, but have recently come into contact with someone who claims to have a few gameboy game genie protos he is looking to sell. I did some research online, and it looks like he may very well have the real deal, but I am still unsure.

I am curious to hear your opinions on all of this.

It sounds neat, just keep in mind that the Game Genie was an unlicensed product, and for the most part people tend to not be as interested in them. The way these might peak some interest would be if they had a different shape or radically different stickers than the final build.

Yeah, I inquired about these over at Racketboy, but didn't get much of a response.

Thank you for the input.

I'm still a little weary of these, but I will investigate further. He was asking a pretty hefty price for them, which is why I am hesitant.
