Ok, I contacted the seller, and he said it was NTSC... If that's true, then that makes this an Unreleased North American Prototype,

The board is a 2P3B-series. This was only used for prototype games. Totally legit!

The Super Fighting Team official release of Nightmare Busters hasn't happened yet unfortunately. Only preorders as of right now.
