I know copies exist and are in the hands of collectors, but is there any plans for a release?

Still wondering who owns Echo Delta. I heard some collectors have copies out there. It was the underwater strategy game for N64 that was completed but unreleased.

Definitely out there but I'm guessing that the original buyer will hold on to it for life unfortunately, I'd love to see it.
