Hello VGA collectors and Video Game collectors alike. In appreciation of our current VGA customers and for the ones that are new to VGA that would like to try us for the first time, VGA would like to offer a special discount on grading of your video games. Through NA, we are offering a very special 20% discount on all VGA submissions.

All you need to do is put "NA20" on your submission form to get a 20% discount on your entire submission (cannot be combined with any other offer or discount and excludes shipping and insurance).

For those of you that would just like to purchase our beautiful acrylic video game cases to protect and display your games, we have a special for you as well: Just go to our CGA store and put in the code BUBBLEBOBBLE (in all caps) to receive a 20% discount on all acrylic cases!!

Remember we can make an acrylic case for anything....sealed games, loose games, foreign games, systems, or whatever you need....so if you don't see it just ask and we can make it.

Here is the link to the CGA store:

http://www.cgagrading.com/OnlineStore/

Now is a great time to submit your video games for grading or to give VGA a try as well as purchasing video game acrylic cases for your collection.

Both discounts expire on 5-31-11.

If you have any questions or need help with anything please let us know or contact us at [email protected] or 770-825-0420.

Thank you,
VGA

Thanks Chad and welcome. Please ignore the inevitable negativity that can and will follow any VGA thread here. They aren't sealed collectors anyway.

Just put the code on the front of the submission form once you print it out or in the special instructions box

Well, I don't collect boxed games but I do have 1 sealed nes game and would like to buy 1 acrylic case for it. I get the discount (thanks) but the only shipping option is fed ex and comes in at $12 for that 1 case. This brings the total for one case to $23.99. For that price I guess I'll be keeping my 1 measly sealed nes game hid away.

Time to get this trashed ass sealed Barbie Genesis game graded.

Any thoughts of what I can do to lower the grade before I send it in?

I want the lowest possible grade, and yes I am serious. Pics of it coming soon.

Nope! Nothing happened either way so far. I think CGA knows how to declare things so their packages won't get held at customs. I even received a FedEx shipment that didn't get hit with brokerage fees, which is quite the feat.

On my side, I always pack everything like a labyrinth of cardboard and bubbles to discourage people from opening it up. Marking a lowball value with no insurance is another key to success.

Just a question about the in stock video game NES/SNES/Gameboy/DVD cases, do they have UV protection on them? I would assume not.

They did last year at one of the cons in Atlanta, but I haven't seen anything lately about it.

All the cases have UV protection (about 30%), if you want a 99.9% protection case go with the UV upgrade..

If you are sending a submission for grading just check the UV upgrade box on the submission form or just write you want UV upgrade on your games.  We can also just UV upgrade certain games that are a certain grade.  You would just need to mark that on the submission form as well.

If you are wanting the UV upgrade on the sliding bottom or custom cases, just let us know when ordering.

Thanks again and let me know if I can help with anything else...  VGA
