Just wait.  In 2017 I'm going to be that assuming 8th place finisher, squeaking by every week with participation.  Just barely getting into tier 1.  And then the tourny starts and BAM.  3 weeks of vacation from work and I grind this shit for 20 hours a day!

....oh wait I'm having two more kids.  Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu-

Haha never mind it is a C that's almost closed. Looked like an O to me. I was zooming in to check how well the AVS displays but I guess you have to see it for yourself

Lol at first I thought you were busting my chops for being a sore looser lol!

The he avs is a nice novelty item   it's actually a really nice piece, I'm just an old grump who doesn't like change. The picture is nice. I'm not one who can say it's so much better than what I see out of my NES, trinitron hook up.

Maybe im talking shit here but to me it doesn't feel right on with my NES/trinitron setup. It is minuscule but it seems, idk, a lil off. Played some mega man side by side (avs/lcd and NES/trinitron). Same stage, I preformed better on the NES/trinitron setup. I only tried the test because when I played MM  on the avs the first time,  I was like "I usually get through this stage better than this".

During mighty bomb Jack I started out on the avs. The next morning I played on my NES and instantly scored a lot more points. Idk though, could be a placebo.

"For people with physical limitations, such as not having the use of your hands, Nintendo was cool enough to create the Hands Free Controller. It was worn like a vest and it used a "sip and puff" method to control the A and B buttons - Sip on the straw to activate the A button, puff air into it to activate the B button. The directional pad was controlled by using your chin on a special joystick. Not sold in stores, the Hands Free Controller had to be ordered through Nintendo's customer service line for $120 (or $179 for a package with the controller, the system and a game)."

Now try to beat Battletoads with it.

First of all how did my middle school picture even make it onto the internet, the internet wasn't even invented back then! secondly if that thing is played by sucking and blowing then obviously Richardhead's mom can be the interglobal world champion of all things nintendo (TWarwick should post a picture of an obscure belt right now, dude knows more about wrestling than i do and thats saying something!) and lastly, score updated on page one! BITCHES!

Tier 2 - 727,530
Tier 2 - 476,370

Got 12 perfects in the game, 10 at the first 10 stages, one at stage 16 and one at stage 19, surprisingly enough.
So eh, there you have it. A more respectable score for a family lady like me.
Even managed to improve my score a bit with one perfect more, but screwed up on the 4 lines combos more than in the last run.
I guess I am not playing it again this week unless this proves to not be enough to score a 4th place.

Bea throws down the tier two gauntlet as expected. Urgh. Updated my score a bit. I've pushed my perfects further, but I get nervous and start doing combos after a point in case I don't make it on a stage; don't want to squander my barely-earned perfects, y'know. Blah.

I see this is going to be a matter of min/maxing the hell out of runs. Ugh.

Can someone address this question (maybe I missed someone doing so)? I haven't seen an end, and I read online that the one player just keeps going, a la Tetris. Is that wrong?
