I remember a couple years ago there were quite a few hints dropped about a super-secret project that evidently was going to be some kind of forum high-score leaderboard.

Did this project just fizzle and go away, or is it still in development?

I don't remember this. It was probably before my time on here. But I like the idea.

It's still out there,  prototype/beta copy was available at the campout for people to try.  Everything is slowing coming together on this.  Hoping it gets to see the light of day before 2011 comes to a close.

I'm glad to hear, once again, that the project is still in development, slowly but surely I guess.

That's the one. Just felt like it has fallen off the map. Didn't realize there was a hardware component to the whole thing... kind of like a poor-man's Xband

It may feel like it fell off the map, just realize that there are 3 parties who are doing all the work, and coordinating the final few pieces is taking some time.  It's coming.  Don't worry!
