Hey everyone!  In honor of the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, this week's game is gonna be Track & Field.  Here are the rules:

  • Play on Mode A
  • You must start at the 100m event
  • Use of turbo controllers is strongly forbidden
  • Highest score wins
  • GENRE: Sports


The contest ends Sunday, 8/12/12 at 10 PM NA time.  Your user name must be in the picture for your score to be valid.  The entire TV screen, or computer monitor if you are playing on an emulator, MUST be in the picture for the score to be valid.  No partial screenshots will be considered or accepted.  Good luck everyone and have fun!

You must play until you are disqualify from an event, then you take a picture of your score in points.

I dont own a copy sry. I only buy games I want to keep now. I did try finding a copy from several friends who own NES consoles, but no ones owns it. If it was WCTM i'd have played.

Are we allowed to use the 360 version? It's an Arcade port I think, I don't know if that makes a difference.

EDIT: Nevermind, I forgot that the NES version had entirely different events like Archery and Skeet Shooting. I may tomorrow, I'm fairly decent at Track n Field. This is where I now get destroyed.

I took the time to play one game, one rather long game. As you can see, the score freeze at 999,990, but roll once you pass skeet shooting event.
