I appreciate the fact that these auctions are being pointed out, as I am not as well versed on the sealed stuff as many of you are here. The only thing is, I would like to know what makes these obvious reseals. The DW looked fine to me, but once again, I'm not as well versed as you guys here. It'd be cool to know what makes these reseals. Or is there a reason you don't say why?

I thought the DW3 wasn't legit either. Looked gorgeous at first, but a lot of small things made me doubt it.

Yeah sorry but I've had enough of this and I need to speak up.  Maybe you shouldn't be such an asshole and should email the sellers a polite inquiry stating why you think the game is a reseal rather than assume everyone is a scammer.  You've obviously been worked over in the past and it's a shame that you automatically think any resealed item was resealed by that seller.

As a fellow seller, I find it disturbing to think that all of my auctions could be flagged and pulled because I was unknowingly selling a "fake" item.  I'm not a sealed collector, but I would have never known that DW3 is fake and I can understand the seller's misunderstanding as well.

Well i wrote nothing that harsh to this seller and he responded correctly as well. So your accusations are wrong.
And unfortunately the worst assholes selling reseals are extremely wise and "cool" guys who even write stuff like "I bought this game ten years ago! It is LEGIT!". And yes, i HATE such people. They are horrible abominations of hell. If you were a sealed collector spending tonns of money on these things you'd understand it. But to get "the best feeling" you must first buy a sealed chrono trigger for 1500$ and find out that it is a reseal not even worth a 200$. It is a great impression i must say.
If you are "unknowingly" sell fakes - educate yourself. I think it's the best thing to do.

the seam on back is crooked and doesn't meet up properly with the vertical seams on the sides

Actually it is almost a state of art reseal. Someone worked hard on it.

My reasons:  1) hseam doesn't seem to have any overlap at either of the side vertexes, 2) top flap spine crease visible? 3) no roller marks visible on the back side of the hseam, 4) no wrap stretch marks on the front corners visible.

These aren't damning individually.  But a lot of little things like this add up to cast doubts in my book.

Yes, it's a very good.  The sucky thing about DW3 in particular is that since most of the box is white, it helps mask a lot of the little things that you'd typically look for in a reseal.

Don't forget another of his names, fanelia1111. I still can't believe this guy is still allowed on ebay, and even near a computer for that matter.

here's a new listing of his:

Only problem is he mistakenly added a picture of the opened game prior to resealing. Oops!

Nice and out of focus. Makes it harder to see if its a reseal or not. BTW I have no idea bout sealed games.... Is it a reseal?

Because of the seller's rep, there is a %110 percent chance of it being a reseal.

Well, at least if you need that box (which is a hard to find box) you could bid. The insides don't really matter on this one.

I think it's hilarious he puts that it originated from Canada. If so, ask for a close up of the "seal of approval". It'll be in french and english. And I'm pretty sure they didn't seal these any differently from what I recall growing up. I remember ripping into quite a few SNES games in my early teens, and I'm pretty sure they all had vent holes as well.

That whole bit about Canada is b.s...this guy goes around buying CIB games on ebay and uses a resealing machine (which could also be found under his old feedback). Obviously doesn't do a good enough job because he seems to always have "tears" to his "factory sealed" games lol

What's he trying to accomplish there? Shrinkwrapping everying on the inside will just create an inconvenience.

This guy is real annoying.  I was browsing on Ebay and I thought I spotted a cool auction, but then I click on the link and I see that dreaded username.  Doh.

Wow, he went through the extra trouble to recreate the H seam on those games, what a douche!

The sealed Virtual Boy auction below made me laugh.  I take it that it is worth more because it is sealed!  The sealed snes RF adpapter is also worth a look.  The guy is mad on sealing everything.

Look who bought some "new" consoles from this guy:

Our favorite reseller of the day, sitevestor! I am sure he is now listing those on his site as factory sealed systems.
