I played some Target: Renegade for the first time the other day. I reached stage 5.

It's an okayish Double Dragon ripoff. Kind of fun. I thought that grabbing items was the worst part of the controls. You have to position yourself just right and use a "reach down and grab" move by pressing down and B. Sometimes you won't be able to pick up health refills or a weapon in the heat of battle because of this.



 



I'm most looking forward to snoopy and Felix the cat.


I'm kind of looking forward to Vice Project Doom because I 1cc'd it last year. But I'm going to be incredibly rusty because I haven't played it in months.

Contra week should be fun.

I'm not looking forward to any of the sports games.

Been playing Yoshi yesterday and today, defs excited for that one. I like that there's no repeat games from last year, but lots of sequels

that guy got so skinny the tapewoRm just took over his body. i think he might be inside the woRm somewhere still. but his name wouldnt be exactly the same even if he were able to over power the woRm. he would have to add a period or something. once the name is changed you can never go back. at least tgats what is says when you change it. 

you know what a cool stat is, statty mcstatsalot? i scored more points for a genre win than anybody last year. boom shaka laka!!!

oh and i shpwed him how to play mario bros. arcade genre sucks almost as bad as puzzle.

I must be better now, I've already beat my old Yoshi score (as well as Tom's score)... I remember obsessing over that contest

Yeah that Mario 3 label hurts my eyes lol.

Funnily enough, I was wondering the other day if anyone had ever intentionally collected a whole set of NES games in bad condition... Would be interesting to see I think.

NA user Paul used to have a collection of NES games that were in bad condition.  Bad labels, writing on carts, broken carts, etc.  It was pretty cool to see.
