Kiwi Kraze is done!

I had no idea it was still on the board...

It saddens me a bit that no one touched the gem that is Summer Carnival '92: Recca so far.
Maybe I could consider beating it this weekend.

Dragon Warrior IV is done.

It's been a busy couple months for me, but I finally sat down this weekend and powered through the last 1/3 of the game!

Great game, but I thought its a little too annoyingly hard.  I got kinda far in the past but had to use warps.

Hopefully I can knock off Arkanoid by the end of the year. I've been to the last level twice.

About halfway through Ultima Exodus, should have it beaten by the end of the week. Just grinding XP's and gold like crazy at the moment.

Ultima Exodus is done. Finished up on my DS while the wife watched Vikings.

I'll beat Sky Kid this weekend; I'll post an update when I do.

Star Tropics II

I've got World Class Track Meet up next. Maybe I'll have it done by next weekend.

My one and only submission this year- I finally completed Arkanoid tonight for the first time ever! Glad I could contribute by knocking a tough one off the list.

Holy mother. Congratz. Arkanoid is a big one off the list for sure.

Amazing job on beating Arkanoid, probably the hardest game to beat legit on the entire system! You're one of the few elite players to accomplish that feat, for sure. I just wish we were closer to completing the list this year.

I'd play the shit out of it if I had a copy.  
 

Thanks man! It's been my proudest gaming accomplishment haha. Definitely one of the hardest but is it more difficult than Ikari Warriors?

I'm pondering about trying to beat Q*Bert again. It just kicked my ass earlier this year.
I think I got to 7-3 or 7-4... but the game ends on 9-4, so I never felt I was that close.

Is Wizards & Warriors 3 difficult? I own it, but never played it. I have beat W&W2 in the past. If its not too bad I can try it. 

I just took down Gradius II. I used the famimcom cart with a 60-72 pin converter on my NES. What a fantastic game.

Including some awesome famicom titles was a great idea.

Anybody else currently working on Robin Hood? I might take a crack at it next week when I'm out for Christmas break. I beat it as a kid, I just haven't really played it since then.

World Class Track Meet is done.  I did both the Tournament and Olympics modes.  Very exhausting!

I'm starting on thunder & lightning. I'm into the breakout paddle ball games these days haha

Wizards & Warriors 3 is pretty cool. I think I should be able to beat it. Its a bit non-linear, and labyrinth-ish, but I think I shall manage.

I thought I'd be able to breeze through Thunder & Lightning after Arkanoid but it's tougher than I expected. I've made it to level 24 of 30 so far. It's a fun but frustrating game.

From what I recall, Thunder and Lightning is incredibly luck based. I played it for the contests a few years back and got to the second to last stage on my second or third try, mostly because I got a crazy amount of 1ups. I haven't tried playing it since then.  

My blog list tells me I gotta do another Power Pad game already, so I'll probably finish Super Team Games before the year is out.
