Anyone have a handy list of famicom disk system games that make good use of the extra audio? I notice Doki Doki Panic has extra sound effects and the music is composed to be faster-paced and "poppin".

SMB1 doesn't sound any differently, so not all of them.

I only just noticed the thread title lol. I meant great, not grating.

it's the only version I know of where there's a world -1, -2 and -3. there were quite a few regular famicom games that had disk rehashes. some were disk writer-only, that kiosk thing. I tried ice climber, it was a glorious update to a great game.

I parsed the title as "Grating-sounding FDS games", and assumed it was about the EverDrive N8's issues with playing Famicom Disk System audio in tune.
