well, the title about says it, I placed an order with retrozone a few weeks ago, 7/24 to be precise.
a day or two later, i got notice saying it shipped, much earlier than expected on my end.
however, as of yet, 8/15, the tracking # provided says only "electronic shipping info received"
I have tried to contact them through all mentioned ways, and from multiple email addresses, with no success.
my real question is, is that normal, or did something get messed up along the way?

thanks.

Things are usually pretty slow for me (usually a month), but I always assumed that it was because I'm Canadian.

Could be the BK2 release.

-------------------------

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at the Let's Play Gaming Expo last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

Oh, my WTB thread is very popular. The sportos, the motorheads, geeks, sluts, bloods, wastoids, dweebies, Richard craniums - they all adore it. They think it's a righteous thread.
I'd also like to add that I've got my father's gun and a *scorching* price guide for aftermarket Nintendo games.
Between Dragon Warriors and nothing... I'll take Dragon Warriors - for any of my FT/FS/FO items.

It hasn't been released though.  I am guessing just an oversite, or something simple, I have never had a problem with Retrozone, after multiple orders.

Have you made sure, that replies aren't going to spam for some reason?

A shipping label was definitely printed, and it should have arrived ~3 days later, so right now I am going to blame the USPS. I will check around here tomorrow to see if it just never got picked up.

These are the stories that really make me appreciate NA. After reading so many experiences with scammers, it is nice for a change to hear a story about a snafu for whatever the reason, and that things get worked out without any sort of hassle at all. Really makes me love NA and the people here.

heh, got the games today!
the stamp does indeed say 7/25, so it was absolutely not bunnyboy/retrozone's fault.

I'm in a similar situation to Bartre, so I figured I would bump this as opposed to starting a new topic.

I placed an order on 08/21, consisting of NWC, NCC, Battle Kid, and Mr. Gimmick. I got the shipment notification on 09/07. The tracking said the package should have been here on 09/10 (http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTS...). It's been over a month since the package shipped and I have not received it, nor has there been any updates on the tracking page (it just says "Shipment Accepted").

Bunnyboy, could you look into this for me? The order number is 16795. I've tried to catch you on AIM with no luck. I've gone to my local post office about this and they can't find any more information about it than I have. I fear that the package may have been lost in the mail. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Bump so that Bunnyboy can hopefully see this. It's frustrating, I just want my games. I know it's most likely the USPS' fault, not his, but this is just causing me stress. I spent over $200 on games that I should have received weeks ago.

Yes, I have and it mentions that Bunnyboy doesn't handle the e-mails personally. I did receive a reply to my first e-mail from someone, but it was still in the time frame that Bartre experienced, so I didn't ask to speak to Bunnyboy directly at that time. From earlier in this thread, I saw that it took Bartre's package about three weeks to update on the USPS tracking, so I figured mine would be resolved around the same time. Unfortunately, it's been over a month now and there's no updates on the tracking page and at this point it doesn't seem like there is going to be.

I did send another e-mail to their address Thursday, but as of now have not received a response. I've also sent a message to his Twitter account, directing him to this thread, but I don't know how often he checks it.

Bump again. If anyone here is in contact with Bunnyboy and could direct him to this thread, I would greatly appreciate it. I know the tracking says shipment accepted, meaning it should have been picked up by the USPS, but I'm just hoping that he can look into it further, to make sure that it was picked up. I don't really know what else to do at this point.
