We just had a thread about this like two weeks ago. These are actually worth quite a bit, around $60 when they have the insert. However, I'm pretty sure that insert in the OP's link is a fake.

Still, the pan in the OP's link is fairly priced.

I found that cake pan with insert at a thrift store for $5. My insert has a bit more to it then what that one has. Looks like its edges have been trimmed.

Definitely a cool pan. I'd be baking like a mofo if I had one of those

I picked up just the pan at a flea market a couple years ago for around $10 so I certainly wouldn't pay more than $25 for it. My sister used it to make my birthday cake a couple times since then, so it's pretty cool. Aside from that I just have it on display.

yea good luck finding one between 20-30. I sold mine years ago for over $40.00 without insert in an open ebay auction.
