Taking a page from Jumpman's book, I'm going to detail my experience as an organizer, a vendor, an attendee, a webmaster, a father and a husband. It was a tall order to fill so many shoes, to be sure, but I felt that it was more than worth every bit of the time put into it and the challenges related to taking on something of this magnitude.
In not wanting to leave anything out, I'll try to be as thorough as possible, detailing what I did, what I was thinking at the time and my overall impression of everything I experienced. I'll break this up into two days, posting the first today and the rest tomorrow.
