I gotta give these guys credit for getting up off their arses and making a video and a website...but whose gonna buy this when they're popping balloons with a pin in front of a king-size bedsheet background? Just kind of a shame is all :/
It sounds like they are trying to find investors (which will be hard) to make it into a large scale thing, sorda like Ninja Warrior on G4TV. If that is the case, then it could be hella awesome if it ever got off the ground which it won't. Good for a laugh at least.

Most people think E3 is totally gone, which it isn't. It is just getting scaled back A TON. It is nearly non existant compared to what it used to be. I assume that is what he meant.
