You pretty much covered it, I like Tales of Phantasia slightly better than Terranigma (I think the beginning of Terranigma is pretty boring).

I'm assuming you mean released in North America, because these games were released over seas, and Europe calls it the SNES as well

Secret of Mana 2 is my favorite. Tales of Phantasia i am DYING TO PLAY. But i cant find anywhere where there relatively cheap, instead of the 67.50 price tag on gamerepro

Just wait until auction or another collector has to sell; I picked up a Clock Tower repro off ebay hidden in a snes lot for $52 shipped. (Probably could've done better, but I made the mistake of bidding early and attracting reseller scum).

if you don't mind soldering and killing a madden 95,96,97 or nhl of the same years gamerepro has sold me the chips for $30 and $2 for each label.

the other good unreleased in the US games are DQ5, Treasure of the Rudras, and Bahamut Lagoon.
