Let's see how many I can remember:

Space Shuttle Project
Battletoads Double Dragon
Solar Jetman

Jackie Chan's Action Kung Fu
Kickle Cubicle
Shadowgate
Little Mermaid
Power Blade
Shadow of the Ninja
Ninja Gaiden
Jackle
Kid Niki
Bubble Bobble
Bugs Bunny Birthday Blowout

Seems like there might be a few more, but those are the most recent ones at least. I'm working on the Uninvited right now, a little more frustrating than Shadowgate and Deja Vu, but hopefully not a major problem.

Just finished Uninvited, those were some fun games.

Add Star Wars to the list, pretty good game once you get used to the controls.

^ Track & Field is not compatible with the Power Pad.

My mantra, as worded by SamSpade on 06/12/12:
I don't resell to fund my collection, I don't treat this hobby like a second job, I don't care if my collection is worth ten bucks or ten thousand because I never plan on selling it. Seriously, what does the value have to do with anything if you never plan on selling? Speculation doesn't mean jack shit to me at this point, I just want to play my nes games...

Edited my post...added Wacky Races, and a soon-to-be-completed list.

"It's always amazing to me how some of the most worthless games from a gaming perspective tend to fetch outrageous amounts of money. But then again, it could be said that something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I'm curious if the high bidder of the $873.04 Stadium Events (cart-only) realizes that it's nowhere nearly as rare as about 20+ games I can think of that sell for 1/10th that amount?  At any rate, I wanted to draw attention to this trend: if people say it's rare, it must be true, and therefore it must be had at any price."

I haven't played it in a month. Been saving it for Christmas, remember...

For those not in the know, I'll be playing my childhood copy of TMNT on the 18th anniversary of my receiving it. My goal is to beat it sometime within the next 23 hours (gonna do a run shortly, and if I fail, I'll be doing another when I wake up). If I fail to achieve my goal, the game will either be beaten on a less significant day, or I will wait until next Christmas. When I do beat it, it will be my first time doing so in 18 years.

I bought my NES in Dec last year and since then I have beaten the following games: Adventures of Lolo Blaster Master Bubble Bobble Castlevania Castlevania III: Draculas Curse Chip 'N Dale Darkwing Duck Duck Tales Duck Tales 2 Ghosts n' Goblins Gun Smoke Kid Icarus Kirby's Adventure Little Nemo, The Dream Master Little Samson Mega Man Mega Man 2 Mega Man 3 Mega Man 4 Mega Man 5 Mega Man 6 Mr. Gimmick Metroid Power Blade R.C. Pro-Am II Rockin' Kats Rygar Snake Rattle N Roll Super Mario Bros Super Mario Bros 2 Super Mario Bros 3 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Ufouria Yoshi's Cookie Zelda Zelda II: The Adventure of Link

I found Snake Rattle N Roll, Rygar (PAL version, which is much harder than the NTSC version because Ligar requires more hits), Blaster Master, and Ghosts'n Goblins to be the most difficult ones.

Well, to add to my previous list, and cap off the year, I beat the following four games over the Christmas holidays:

-Wizards & Warriors
-Xexyz
-Monster Party
-Cliffhanger (No-Death run)

...and I'm spent. Hopefully I'll have some time to "beat some games" in the new year.
