High Bid: $620 1337bcc1991

Here's your chance to own a RetroUSB AVS system before they are available to the public.  This is a one of the earliest models, one of the prototypes.

It's an early model so there is no case, only 1 joystick is wired up, but a second can be added if you want to solder wires to the board. Also, there is no mechanism to hold cart up, so I always place a cart on board underneath the cart slot to prop up the cart you are playing.  Without the case the system is also very picky about cart placement in the pin connector, so it will take some time to get used to how and where to place the carts.

Tested and working.

What's included:

AVS Prototype system
HDMI Cord
Power cable with wall socket I believe it's called Micro USB, but I get that confused with Mini USB alot.

Auction terms:  Bidding open to anyone registered on NA prior to 11/18/15 at 1pm NA Time.
Ends:  Monday November 23rd at 9pm NA Time, aka Eastern unless there is a bid within the last 5 minutes of the auction. any bid placed in the last 5 min extends the auction 5 min, until 5min without a bid has passed
No set bid increments, opening bid of $50.
Shipping will be $10 for the US, $20 for Canada, and $25 for other international bidders.

Now for the pictures:

Sorry some of these are posting upside down and I can't figure out why..

Holy jeez. A piece of gaming/RetroUSB history right here. Any chance bunnyboy could make up a CoA or some sort of documentation to go along with it? In the meantime I'm gonna go sell my car so I can bid.

Wow I am quite interested! How did you acquire this were you apart of the production of this? What does this system play? What does AVS stand for?

Bunnyboy sent it to me for testing.

It plays NES games.

AVS stands for I have no idea what it stands for...

That's a question for the I have a dream thread or one of the other threads discussing this system.

It's not exactly one of a kind, there are a handful of them out there.

What is one of a kind is the awesome looking acrylic that the board is mounted to. That was custom done by Paul I believe. All the other AVS proto boards either have no mounting or some other type of custom mount. I have my boards mounted to pieces of plywood.
