Define "ok".

Ebay used to consider auctions binding contracts. I am not sure if they care now. The Ebay help section has erased all text related to "non-performing bidders" and deleted the form to report them.

This is so sad how everyone gets trolled by this.

I have to admit I feel kinda the same here...

I could care less about him buying, and trying to flip it and make a profit.....what bothers me is the douchbaggy way that he says he's "auctioning" it, when all he does is either pull the listing, or shill win it back. That's scandalous. If you know what price you want... Ask that...and wait for a buyer. You ain't gonna be able to hype this thing here and get 500k...you probably can't get 40k here..., you'd be seriously lucky if you could get 30k here.  Stick it up on ebay with a best offer/BIN  and hope you get a buyer, this re-listing and making threads every week about it ain't doing him or us and favors.

If he wants more than what he paid for it, then stick it in the closet for 5 years and hope you made a wise investment.

You know what, I agree 100% with everything you just said here udisi. I think his selling tactics are lame, and that he's misusing NA as an advertising platform.

Do I feel the need to express hatred toward him in every threads he started for his auction? No. I just feel like ignoring him, to avoid all the circus we have now.

Anyway, mods are there to take care of stuff like this. Actions will be taken at the right time.
The guy's burying his own grave.

I think ebay should force him to sell it to me for 3rd bid + 1 bid increment since he used a shill bid. Is there legal stuff that can be done for that? ;-)

Dude, if you keep auctioning it like this, the final price is just going to keep getting lower and lower, even with your shill bidding. I say 18k on the next "absolute sale $.99 no reserve auction".

Reminds me of when I tried selling my SE box. I was much too greedy and turned down a handful of decent offers, then eventually sold it for a "low" price when everyone lost interest. Meh.
