I messaged the seller.  She/he claims to be the ex-wife, but I don't believe them.  I asked where they got it, because my friend won this game on ebay and the seller pulled an illegal move and wouldn't give it too him.  I told the seller to expect some legal action.  Here's the rsponse:

You know what, this is my game. I will not argue with anyone about this. The person who listed this did so and did not legally have rights to it. I could care less if I sell this game because it is my ex's and I don't need the money. I am a lady, and you will not talk to me this way, or I will report you to Ebay. If you have a problem, take this to Ebay. I don't care.

Well, here is some truth. Ant and I have been working on this since it was listed. We had worked a deal on splitting this up the first time around. It IS the ex wife, she IS telling the truth. I have tried to get her to honor the original deal without success and promised her that this auction would end with a bogus bid, but she does not believe me, or care for that matter.
